Instructions to submit the STM Scholarship application:

If you DO NOT have Adobe Acrobat:

• Download the scholarship application (in Word). .
• You can either
  • :Complete the file in Word.
  • Print the file and complete it.
• Have your parents sign it and drop it off at the parish office.

If you have Adobe Acrobat, you can complete the form electronically:

• Open the scholarship application.
• Download the scholarship application.
• Open the file.
• Complete the form. You might want to save it periodically.
• Right click and SAVE the file (make note of where you are saving it).
• Print the file for your parent’s signatures.
• Have your parents sign it and drop it off at the parish office.

Note: Adobe Acrobat is a free download if you prefer to complete the application electronically.

• Complete the form (either in Word or by hand)
